DISCOVER Lab is a research facility under the direction of Professor Toby Berger of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Center for Applied Mathematics at Cornell University.

The lab embodies the broad research areas pursued by its members including research on information theory, communication networks, and video/audio compression algorithm and its applications.
