Congratulations to Prof. Berger for being selected to receive the Shannon Award for 2002, the highest honor given by the IEEE Information Theory Society

Professor Berger will be the Shannon Lecturer at the
2002 IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory in Lausanne, Switzerland.

CU30 GPL'ed!!  After months of prepartion, the entire CU30 and qVIX program is fully open sourced and GPL'ed, making it free software.
